What we collect

• Account information: your email address and display name, used for sign-in and communication.
• Body stats and health inputs: things you enter yourself, such as weight, height, goals, activity level, and preferences — used only to build and adapt your plan.
• Food logs: the meals and descriptions you log, used to estimate nutrition and adjust your plan.
• Photos: progress photos you choose to upload are stored privately and are never shared, made public, or shown to other users.

How we use it

We use your inputs to generate your personalized daily plan — meals, movement, training, and recovery guidance — and to adapt that plan over time based on your check-ins and logs. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not build a profile of you to sell to advertisers.

Third-party AI processing

Some parts of VITGOD (like plan wording and weekly review narratives) are generated with the help of third-party AI providers. We send only the non-identifying prompt content needed to generate that specific output — never your email, account identifiers, or photos. AI providers process this content to return a response and do not use it to identify you.

We do not sell your data

VITGOD does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties, ever.

Analytics

We track a small number of non-sensitive product events (like "signup completed" or "workout completed") to understand how the app is used. This data never includes your health values, food text, weights, or anything you typed — and today it is stored locally rather than sent to a third-party analytics vendor.

Your rights: export and deletion

You can request an export of your data or delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account settings page. Deletion removes your body stats, food logs, photos, and account information from our systems.
