You must be at least 18 years old to use VITGOD. By signing up, you confirm you meet this requirement.

Acceptable use

• Use VITGOD only for your own personal, lawful, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed.
• Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service.
• Don't share your account credentials or misuse another person's account.
• Don't upload content that is illegal, abusive, or infringes on someone else's rights.

No medical advice

VITGOD is a wellness and fitness product, not a medical provider. Nothing in the app constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. See our Health & Wellness Disclaimer for details.

Subscriptions and cancellation

VITGOD offers a free plan with full access to the core experience. Optional paid plans (VITGOD Pro), when available, will be billed monthly or annually as described at checkout. You can cancel a paid subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation stops future billing and access to Pro features continues until the end of the current billing period.

Limitation of liability

VITGOD is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VITGOD and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any outcomes related to your health, fitness, or wellbeing. Results from following any plan vary by individual and are not guaranteed.

Termination

You may stop using VITGOD and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of VITGOD after changes means you accept the updated terms.
